Ordering & Delivery Information

Once you place an order you will receive an email confirmation that will contain and confirm your order details - the item your ordered, how much you paid and the address your order is to be delivered to. If, once you receive this email you notice anything that doesn’t look right, please contact our helpdesk and we will help solve any problems.

At this stage your order status will be in ‘processing’ which means it is received and being dealt with. You can check the status at any time by logging into your account.

Once your item is ready for dispatch, your order status will change to ‘preparing’, and you will be sent an email to notify you.

Finally, once your products have been sent, your order status will change to dispatched. Again we will send you an email notifying you of this. The email will contain your own personal tracking number and link to the couriers website we are using to deliver your order. You can then keep an eye on the progress of your order making its way to your door and make plans to be at home to receive it.

We cannot take responsibility for technology issues where your email service does not work, or rejects our emails to you (eg spam filter or block).

If you do not receive a notification within 30 minutes of order, you should contact us by our helpdesk and inform us.

Once we send your dispatch email, your item has been dispatched and cannot be cancelled. Please see returns policy for more information here.
